Breathworks is one of the world’s leading mindfulness and compassion training organisations. The courses created by Breathworks are firmly underpinned by science and there is a huge evidence base available, attesting to their effectiveness.
The Mindfulness Liverpool team is trained in a number of leading approaches to Mindfulness. We choose to follow the Breathworks approach to teaching because we believe it to be the best there is. Our teachers are experienced, accredited Breathworks trainers, who work closely with and for the training organisation itself.

Mindfulness can give you a different way of viewing the world. By practising, you'll discover fairly quickly that you don’t have to be ruled by all of the unhelpful thoughts and feelings your mind can throw up in reaction to stressful experiences. You can distance yourself from them, while deepening your relationship with yourself. You can change the lens that you use to look at the world.
Mindfulness won't remove all of the stressors from your life but it will change your relationship to them by altering your perspective. That can have a huge impact on your quality of life.
When we run public courses we'll list them on your courses and events page but you can commission us to run a course for your group or workplace anytime. You can also learn tailored content from these courses on a one-to-one basis, by booking a block of sessions with one of our trainers.

Mindfulness Liverpool ran a six-session course for myself and colleagues. The sessions have been invaluable.
