- How do I book?

To book, all you need to do is fill out a short registration form and pay a 25% deposit of the course fee. This can all be done online, hassle free in a couple of minutes.

- Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. We offer various instalment plans for payment. However, unless an exception has been made, all payments must be completed by the start of the course.

- What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can sometimes have to change, so we are happy to offer you a full refund up to two weeks before the start of the course. If you cancel within two weeks of the course, we will offer you a refund of the full amount minus £35 or a place on our next course. We can't offer any refunds after the start of the course.

- How many people will be on the course?

We deliberately keep the course numbers small so that you get the best possible experience. Some mindfulness courses take up to 24 participants on one course! We believe it's important to have a strong connection between the teacher and all participants so we limit our course numbers to 12 people. The teaching team will be the teacher and an experienced assistant.

- Will I be required to share anything personal during the course?

No, absolutely not, however you are welcome to if you want to. You can get everything you need from the course without having to share anything about your own life and there will be absolutely no pressure on you to do so. However, the community we build together during the course is designed as a safe, confidential space, so you are welcome and safe to bring as much of yourself as feels right for you.

- Can I join the course if I'm taking medication for mental health?

Yes. As long as you feel stable and able to interact with the course material, sessions and home practice.

- Why does the course take place over fortnightly sessions rather than weekly sessions?

The original format of the course involved a group session once a week for eight weeks. We now run a new format of the course, as we found that quite a few people found it difficult to attend every session for eight weeks. So now the group sessions are longer (lasting for a full afternoon and a whole day for the final session) and take place fortnightly for four sessions. We've found that this makes the course more accessible for more people. In-between sessions there is a whole program of home practice guidance and support, including audio tracks, a handbook and workbook and one to one email support with the teacher.

- Is the venue accessible to people with limited mobility or in wheelchairs?

The course venue is on the ground floor, however there are four or five steps leading up to the front door of the building.
