Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy help you to make positive changes in your life, from the inside out.
Safe, Professional and Confidential
Understand Yourself
We provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours without judgment.
Understanding oneself is the first step to change. You can see how your life has come to where it is, and from there, make positive changes for the future.
Feel Happier
Counselling helps to settle and calm the mind. As you make peace with your inner world, there's naturally more space to notice the positive things about your life.
We help you to make sense of thoughts and feelings and see your experience from a new perspective. From here, happiness and positity come naturally.
Become Resilient
Difficult and challenging experiences happen to all of us. Counselling can help you to understand how those experiences are affecting you, making you better able to handle them.
We give you the support you need to safely work with difficulty, and come out stronger and more resilient as a result.
Grow and Change
Most of all, our therapy sessions are here to help you grow and change in ways that feel positive to you.
We'll help you navigate challenges and uncover your strengths. Wherever you are right now, we provide the supportive environment to help you explore your potential, grow and change.
Therapy That's Tailored to You
Our counselling and psychotherapy uses an “integrative” approach. We work with you to tailor the therapy to your needs.
At the heart of our work is a person-centred philosophy. Everyone is unique! So we’ll work with you to find the answers, insights and solutions that are right for you.
Bring Your Whole Self
We welcome and accept every part of you to therapy. When we allow ourselves to be just how we are, it lets us see ourselves and our situation clearly. This is the foundation for change and growth.
We Trust You
We won't try to change you. Instead, we'll work with you to make the changes that are right for you. We trust that you have the ability to heal and be well.
Take Your Time
Therapy can be difficult. We won't push you to make any steps that you're not ready for. We'll support and encourage you, but we'll always move at your pace.
