We'll show you how to calm your mind in a sustainable and manageable way. You can learn simple, step by step practices that gently calm even the busiest mind. Mindfulness teaches you how to be gently present, instead of lost in thought. That doesn't mean you have to stop thinking altogether, just that thinking can become more of choice.

Sometimes thinking is important and appropriate, but the ability to balance thinking and being the present moment is a superpower. Life in the present moment can be creative, effective, enjoyable and healing. We'll show you how to use mindfulness to learn a healthy balance between an active mind and a calm mind, so that you can have the best of both worlds.

Depression can be difficult, but mindfulness is proven to be one of the most effective solutions. We'll guide you slowly and steadily through the research-proven techniques of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, which has been shown to be as effective as anti-depressants for many types of depression.
