Mindfulness isn’t ‘therapy’ but it is powerfully therapeutic. All of our teachings empower people to take charge of their own mental and emotional well-being, for life. Whether you are simply interested to learn about mindfulness direct from some of the region’s leading teachers, or you are going through a challenging time and want to equip yourself with the skills to deal with it, our one-to-one mindfulness sessions can help.

Dave Spencer, founder of Mindfulness Liverpool, has been providing one-to-one sessions both on a private basis and as a member of the student support team at Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts since 2015. He has offered a listening ear and expert guidance to people from all walks of life, from students to top level executives. All of our teachers offer a unique combination of expertise and experience.

Work with the region’s leading teachers

Receive focused time with the most trusted, experienced mindfulness teachers available. We regularly work with advanced students and teachers as well as people new to mindfulness. We also offer supervision for mindfulness teachers.

Booking one to one mindfulness

One to one sessions are available in person or via online video chat (Zoom, Skype, etc). Telephone sessions can also be arranged. Sessions are most effective in blocks of four to six sessions.

Before you make any decisions, contact us by phone or email for a free consultation. Scheduling can be discussed during the consultation, if you so choose. Anything you share during the sessions will be treated as strictly confidential.

£280 for a block of six 1-hour sessions

Price includes email support between sessions, practice resources, links and guided mindfulness audio tracks. Taster sessions and payment plans can be discussed during your free consultation call.

Alternatively, pay £50 for a 60 minute session
