Whether you are simply interested to learn about mindfulness from some of the region’s leading teachers, or you are going through a challenging time and want to equip yourself with the skills to deal with it, our one-to-one mindfulness sessions can help.

Our one to one mindfulness sessions usually are usually taught by our founder, Dave Spencer. Dave has worked as a mindfulness teacher since 2012 and has helped hundreds of people benefit from these simple but powerful practices. Dave is particularly experienced at delivering one to one sessions. He regularly delivers sessions both privately and for organisations, including the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, where he has been a therapist in the student support department since 2015.

Dave’s extensive training and wide range of life experience draws people in from all walks of life, from students to top level executives. As well as holding a Masters of Science degree with distinction in Studies in Mindfulness, Dave is a qualified counsellor and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Booking one to one mindfulness

Our one to one sessions are offered via online video call (Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, etc)

We generally recommend that the sessions are most effective in blocks of 4-6 sessions

We also offer a free introductory phone call to talk about how the sessions can be tailored to you

Everything you share during the sessions is treated as being strictly confidential


£50 – Single 1-hour session

£280 – Block of six 1-hour sessions

These prices include email support between sessions, practice resources, links and guided mindfulness audio tracks
